Getting a copy of your data

Member have the right to access the information Zenus has collected and get a copy if the Member desires it.

Your rights

Regarding the personal information we hold about you, you have:

    • The right to be informed about processing of your personal data;
    • The right to have your personal data corrected if it’s inaccurate and to have incomplete personal data completed;
    • The right to object to processing of your personal data;
    • The right to restrict processing of your personal data;
    • The right to have your personal data erased (the "right to be forgotten");
    • The right to request access to a copy of your personal data and information about how we process it. Please make all requests for access in writing (see how to contact us for details) and provide us with evidence of your identity;
    • The right to move, copy or transfer your personal data (“data portability”); and
    • Rights in relation to automated decision-making including profiling.
    • The right to limit (opt-out) some — but not all — sharing of your information.

Please note, some of these rights only apply in certain circumstances and we may not be able to fulfil every request.
We will stop processing your personal data unless the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or we have a legitimate business purpose or legal grounds for the processing.

How long do you store my data?

As a regulated financial institution, we are obligated to keep your data for a minimum of five years for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism purposes. These retention requirements supersede any right to erasure requests under applicable data protection laws. We can assure you that your data will be held safely and securely whilst under our supervision.

Zenus Bank data privacy policy

Zenus Bank takes reasonable measures to help protect all information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
