The fastest way of resolving ATM transaction issues is by contacting the bank or the ATM operator. Please contact them as a first step.

If the bank or the ATM owner advises you to contact Zenus, please contact us for further assistance.

What should I do If the ATM requests a 6 Digit PIN?

Zenus cards are used with a 4 digit PIN. If the ATM is asking you to enter a 6 digit PIN, please enter your 4 digit PIN and the system should accept it.

Why has my cash withdrawal been reversed?

If the ATM service provider has yet to accept your payment and 7 or more days have passed, the funds may be reverted to your account. Alternatively, an ATM service provider can cancel a withdrawal at the cashpoint due to security issues.

I didn’t receive the correct amount of cash from my withdrawal

Please contact the Zenus support team straight away so we can help. We’ll need you to fill out a chargeback form with all of the details about the ATM, bank, and transaction. Our support team will be able to provide more information about the process.
