Virtual cards

Can I manage my virtual card from the app?

Yes, you can manage your virtual debit card from within our Apps or Online Banking.

There is the functionality to see your card details, security code and to activate or block your card. We will use your voice or facial ID to authorize this access. 

To get to these settings from the app you need to:

Log in to the Zenus app, swipe your Bank account "card" to the left to show your virtual card.  Select the three dots icon to access the controls to block your card or view your card details. 

To block your card select Lock card. When you do so you will see a message. Select Lock Card.

To activate or lock your card select View card details and Settigs. There you will see switch, to activate or lock your card. When you do so you will see a message. Select Lock Card.

Is there a limit to how many virtual cards I can have?

At the moment it's only possible to have one virtual debit card and one physical debit card with your Zenus membership. They have different card details but are both linked with the same Zenus Bank account.
