Payment issues
Payment failure messages can be generated in a number of different ways, the most likely being insufficient funds available on your Zenus account.
Alternatively, check the expiration date on your Zen Card. Has it expired?
Check your card status is active, have you you accidentally frozen it?
When using a physical card, there may be an issue with the chip not functioning properly.
If you've tried all these and you're still unable to make payments, please contact Client Services and we will be glad to help.
In some cases, when sending a transfer, we might need to confirm that you are the one sending it. if this is the case we will let you know how to approve the transaction.
