Using your debit card

Can I use my card in any digital wallet?

Currently, you can only use your Zenus Bank card in the Samsung Pay wallet. We are working on requesting services to other virtual wallet issuers in the near future.

Can I use my card abroad and are there any fees or charges?

Yes, you can use your Zenus Bank card in over 200 countries across the world. Zenus Bank will charge a transaction fee when your card is used abroad to make a foreign currency payment.

Are there any deposit limits?

There are no limits on the number and value of deposits you can make into your account. If you intend to make or receive a large deposit we may need to ask a few questions about the source of funds but will email you for the information if that is the case.

Should I sign the back of my card?

The Zenus debit card will work fine without a signature, but you should sign it just in case a merchant asks to check your signature.

Your Zenus Bank card uses funds directly from your Zenus Bank account. You will not be able to use your card if your account has insufficient funds.

Please note that your Zenus Bank debit card is primarily a digital card, so you can start using your card for online purchases and payments as soon as your account is active. You will only receive a physical card if you request it.
