About the role

As an Operations Analyst, your role is to ensure that financial transfer activities into and out of the Bank’s accounts are conducted efficiently, accurately, and promptly. You will continuously assess processes and, when necessary, recommend improvements or reconfigurations to enhance overall efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities & duties

  • Responsible for accurate monitoring and execution of customer business across the various payment pathways offered by the Bank using the available tools.  
  • Responsible for Data Analysis and Reporting of the Bank’s clients’ transfer activities across accounts and payment rails.   
  • Work with the Client Service and Compliance teams, addressing specific client transaction queries and helping to resolve them.   
  • Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of the Bank’s internal and external accounts.   
  • Assist in effecting internal transfers between the Bank’s operating accounts.

What you need for this role:

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in transaction monitoring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field
  • Proficiency in English
  • Effective team player, able to work with individuals at all levels and build strong relationships.
