We are looking for a Junior Developer who is eager to learn and grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience building modern banking technology. You’ll work with experienced developers to support and improve our digital banking platform while learning how to develop high-quality software across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
• Support both front-end and back-end development efforts.
• Collaborate with senior developers and other teams to solve real-world problems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Learn and apply modern tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Help improve user experience through thoughtful UI/UX contributions.
• Stay curious and open to learning new technologies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree (or currently working toward one) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in both front-end and back-end development.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn cloud technologies like Azure.
• Curious mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in both English and Spanish.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Passion for technology and eagerness to start your software development journey.
