About the role

We are a seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about team building, Agile delivery methodologies and delivering products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.  
 
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with Zenus product managers, engineering teams and partners worldwide handling the technical relationships with System Integrators and engineering teams to scope multiple product development that will enable cross-border digital banking.

Banking-industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities & duties:

  1. Manage multiple early stage and sometimes ambiguously scoped tech projects in a matrix organization.

  2. Drive and complete projects from initiation to closure, implementing and adopting communication best practices with the partners and internally in Zenus.

  3. Lead cross-functional teams in establishing action plans and target dates for deliverables.

  4. Participate in post-release content analysis to identify wins and challenges.

  5. Sustain a robust documented process for the sourcing and development pipeline from identification to launch.

  6. Continually identify opportunities to improve operational excellence, plan and execute changes with autonomy to improve workflow for project sourcing, deliveries and execution.

  7. Work cross-functionally to drive execution and hold people accountable for deliverables.

  8. Experienced with product management tools, such SharePoint, Aha!, Jira Cloud, Trello, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and/or relevant equivalent.

  9. Develop and present digital presentations related to the projects for executive audience.

  10. Partner with product managers, and executive team for executing product roadmaps.

What you need for this role

  • 5+ years of program/project management and/or software application production experience.

  • Solid understanding of the apps development life cycle, tools and processes from concept through to launch and in to live services.

  • Experience working with B2B, Enterprise and/or SaaS teams.

  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.

  • High attention to detail when documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers.

  • Interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with third party developers, managers, peers, cross functional partners and vendors.

  • Proven experience to create processes independently and move projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Performs with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

  • MS/BS degree in Project Management, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

  • Project Management certifications.
